Who Is This Program For?
This is not a “start from scratch” program. This is for people who:
- Already hold some safety certifications
- Have construction or camp work experience
- Are clean or willing to pass a drug test
- Motivated to leave income support behind
- Ready to show up and start work immediately
The Holistic Program is for people who need deep healing. The Fast Track is for people who are mostly job-ready — they just need a connection, a few upgrades, and someone in their corner.”

How the Fast Track Works
Application & Interview
You apply and complete a quick interview with Koda-Cree to confirm your readiness.
Fast Track ID Issued
Accepted participants receive a Fast Track ID and are matched with upskilling or ticket needs.
Ticket Top-Ups & Support
You’ll receive the supports you actually need:
- Specific safety tickets
- Financial literacy training (for budgeting and money management)
- And updated resume
- Weekly check-ins and job search assistance
Job Placement
We actively place you with one of our hiring partners. Most Fast Track participants begin work before the 12-week period ends.within a couple of weeks.
